My project is called Dragon Dashin'. It is a Flappy Bird-like game with a dragon theme. A player plays as a dragon flying through a cave with stalactites and stalagmites which it has to avoid or the dragon dies and the score is reset. I made this project using Godot Game engine following a tutorial. I then adjusted it by adding a dragon sprite, a deathly border, and by adding basic game stats at the end screen like the score for the game session, total amount of deaths by the spikes, and the total amount of deaths from the game border. I decided to learn game design for the Level Up Challenge, so this is my first game project.
