I made block blast, a popular mobile game, for the web and designed to not get blocked on school administered devices so that my friends and I can play it at school when we're bored. Companies like Go Guardian block websites that are made with game development resources like unity and look at the content to determine what to block. My game is made with vanilla html, css, and javascript and doesn't have any incriminating content in the html. In fact it's search engine optimized to be "educational".
