Have you ever wanted to get ahead of outdoor event planning by picking your day and location 6 months ahead? There's one issue: you have no idea whether it'll rain or shine, if the heat will pose a health risk or if the wind will sweep you away! Bear-ing the Storm is a weather app that uses a model trained on NASA data to predict the weather of a specific day and location months ahead of time. This was a group project, and we used react and next.js for the frontend, and python and flask for the model and backend. I'm submitting this for the level up challenge as this was my first time coding a backend/api!
